The Purchaser is protected by the below privacy policy. DJ NYX LLC reserves the right to require the Purchaser to keep all contracts, agreements, and payment information Private and not shared with anyone by the Purchaser. Sharing any information from the contracted event with DJ NYX LLC without DJ NYX's explicit written and signed agreement, results in the Purchaser's agreed liability for any defamation claims by DJ NYX LLC.
Privacy Policy - the basics
The Purchaser name, contact information, and payment information shall be kept private and confidential. The Purchaser's payment information shall be deleted from DJ NYX LLC's internal record in 60 days (maximum) after the contracted event or as required by local regulation. The Purchaser name and contact information shall be retained for up to 7 years or as required by local regulation and the IRS.

The Purchaser's company name and photo images from the event (up to quantity 10) can be shared via DJ NYX's Social Media with the open public only if the Purchaser agrees to share these images via explicit agreement with a physical signature by the Purchaser. With this agreement, the Purchaser will be entitled to a 15% discount implemented to the total bill.
