Service Description

We will provide the screen, projector, and audio equipment for successful presentations, mixed-venue events, and End-of-Life celebrations. Each event typically requires a 3-hour set-up and 90 minute break-down. Typical event is 4 hours. Additional hours can be booked ahead of time or during the event. This service is provided for up to 100 attendees. The screen is 8 feet by 6 feet. Larger screen can be arranged, if the booked facilities allow and have space. Additional Emceeing can be provided including: DJ playing the crowd favorites and taking song requests. A typical example venue can include: - Cocktail / Coffee hour (meet & greet) --- (Background music) - Welcome speeches / announcements / Presentations --- (microphone use) - Dinner hour --- (Background music) - Awards - Cake break --- (Cake by the Ocean song) - Song Dedication --- (TBD) - Prizes - Equipment packing --- (DJ departure) When you book, you must provide the contact’s name and cell number of the responsible and responsive contact person. Provide a contact’s name and cell number for a Back-up contact person if the designated go-to person is not available. Smoke machines and fog machines are NOT allowed at the venue (in closed spaces / rooms) as these typically set-off the fire alarm and activate Fire Department attendance that results in penalty fees. Mentioned coffee, cocktails, facilities, or any food/snacks are by Others. Please provide: Type of Occasion. Number of estimated guests. Venue/facilities name, address, and contact person. Expected performance date. Expected time frame of the event. Lighting expectation … typical music lights or mood lighting (i.e. Christmas lights, green lights for St. Patrick’s day, Valentine’s day, …). Any special needs (microphone, presentation, projector, video recording …). The typo of music expected to play (70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s, New party favorites, hip hop, Latin, EDM, traditional party favorites, Techno). Preferred Song list (some songs may not be available – especially if requested on the day of the event). Expected DJ wardrobe (Business Casual, Suit & Tie, White Party, Suit no-tie, funky, EDM). Catering vendor. For highest success and customer satisfaction, a meeting with the DJ is highly recommended. Please provide two dates and times for this coordination meeting.
