Service Description

A DJ session ON THE BEACH for the night including Audio, Video, and lights. DJ plays the crowd favorites and will take song requests. Hire a professional DJ for your event to ensure unforgettable music experiences. Our DJs are experienced in reading the crowd and creating the perfect atmosphere for any gathering up to 100 attendees. A typical example venue can include: - DJ equipment load-in / setup - Cocktail hour (meet & greet) --- (Background music) - Welcome speeches / announcements --- (microphone use) - Dinner hour --- (If catered) (Background music) - Dancing --- (Dance Party Music) - Cake break --- (Cake by the Ocean song) - Dancing --- (Dance Party Music) - Song Dedication --- (TBD) - Dancing --- (Dance Party Music) - Last Dance --- (TBD) - Equipment packing --- (DJ departure) *Cocktails, Food, Cake, tables, and chairs by Others. Note: For this type of event, DJ NYX can be contracted to arrange dance-floor hard flooring and catering (none included). This is via separate contract and a separate additional fee. When you book, you must provide the contact’s name and cell number of the responsible and responsive contact person. Provide a contact’s name and cell number for a Back-up contact person if the designated go-to person is not available. Upon booking please provide (not all items are critical): Occasion Number of estimated guests. Venue/facilities name, address, and contact person. Expected performance date. Expected time frame of the event. Lighting expectation … typical music lights or mood lighting (i.e. Christmas lights, green lights for St. Patrick’s day, Valentine’s day, …). Any special needs (microphone, presentation, projector, video recording …). The typo of music expected to play (70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s, hip hop, Latin, EDM, traditional party favorites, Techno, Rave). Preferred Song list (some songs may not be available – especially if requested on the day of the event). Expected DJ wardrobe (Business Casual, Suit & Tie, White Party, Suit no-tie, funky, EDM). Catering vendor (if any). For highest success and customer satisfaction, a meeting with the DJ is highly recommended. Please provide two dates and times for this coordination meeting.
