Event Planning Details To ensure your event is a massive success, please provide the following details upon booking: The Basics: Occasion & Guests: Type of event and estimated headcount. Schedule: Expected performance date and timeframe. Venue Details: Name, address, and the venue's on-site contact. Other Vendors: Name of your catering vendor. The Vibe & Music: Lighting: Standard music lights or specific mood lighting (e.g., romantic hues, holiday themes). Special Equipment: Outline your needs for microphones, projectors, video recording, or presentations. Preferred Genres: 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, modern party favorites, hip-hop, Latin, EDM, techno, or rave. Song Requests: Your preferred song list (advance notice is required to guarantee availability).
