Our expert DJs read the room and curate the perfect atmosphere, keeping guests engaged from the first arrival to the last dance. Typical Event Flow Setup: DJ equipment load-in and preparation. Cocktail Hour: Meet & greet with curated background music. Welcome: Microphone use for speeches and announcements. Dinner Service: Ambient background music. Dancing Begins: Upbeat party music to get the crowd moving. Cake Break: Themed music (e.g., "Cake by the Ocean"). The Main Event: High-energy dance party music continues. Special Moments: Dedicated songs and custom requests. The Finale: The last dance of the evening. Breakdown: Equipment packing and DJ departure. Event Planning Details To ensure your event is a massive success, please provide the following details upon booking: The Basics: Occasion & Guests: Type of event and estimated headcount. Schedule: Expected performance date and timeframe. Venue Details: Name, address, and the venue's on-site contact. Other Vendors: Name of your catering vendor. The Vibe & Music: Lighting: Standard dancefloor lights or specific mood lighting (e.g., romantic hues, holiday themes). DJ Wardrobe available: Business casual, suit & tie, suit (no tie), "White Party" attire, funky, or EDM-style. Special Equipment also Available: Microphones, projectors, video recording, or presentation audio. Preferred Genres: 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, modern party favorites, hip-hop, Latin, EDM, techno, or rave. Song Requests: Your preferred song list (advance notice is required to guarantee availability). Important Guidelines & Fine Print Pre-Event Consultation: A brief coordination meeting with your DJ is highly recommended. Upon booking, please provide two available dates and times to schedule this call. Designated Contacts: You must provide the name and cell phone number of a responsive primary contact for the day of the event, as well as a designated backup contact. Venue Safety Restrictions: Smoke and fog machines are typically prohibited indoors. These machines trigger fire alarms and require Fire Department dispatch, resulting in costly penalty fees for the client. Service Exclusions: This package covers DJ and audio/visual services only. Venue booking, catering, cocktails, dinner, and cake not included and are to be provided by the client or third-party vendors.
