Service Description

Emergencies come up. If your booked DJ cancels, I can be at your South Florida venue within few hours or less (pending availability). I will make every effort to substitute for your original DJ that canceled. Services can include: A DJ session for the night including Audio, Video, and lights. DJ plays the crowd favorites and will take song requests. Our DJ is experienced in reading the crowd and creating the perfect atmosphere for any gathering. A typical example venue can include: - DJ equipment load-in / setup - Cocktail hour (meet & greet) --- (Background music) - Welcome speeches / announcements --- (microphone use) - Dinner hour --- (If catered) (Background music) - Dancing --- (Dance Party Music) - Cake break --- (Cake by the Ocean song) - Dancing --- (Dance Party Music) - Song Dedication --- (TBD) - Dancing --- (Dance Party Music) - Last Dance --- (TBD) - Equipment packing --- (DJ departure) Emergency DJ service can only be booked via on-line booking with a follow-up phone conversation with the DJ. Call me at 954-294-8832 immediately. Leave a message if it goes to Voicemail and call me again for follow-up. If we don't have a person-to-person conversation over the phone, this service cannot be confirmed. DJ NYX. Mentioned cocktails, food, cake, and facilities are By Others. When you book, you must provide the contact’s name and cell number of the responsible and responsive contact person. Provide a contact’s name and cell number for a Back-up contact person if the designated go-to person is not available. Smoke machines and fog machines are NOT allowed at the venue (in closed spaces / rooms) as these typically set-off the fire alarm and activate Fire Department attendance that results in penalty fees. Please provide: Type of Occasion. Number of estimated guests. Venue/facilities name, address, and contact person. Expected performance date. Expected time frame of the event. Lighting expectation … typical music lights or mood lighting (i.e. Christmas lights, green lights for St. Patrick’s day, Valentine’s day, …). Any special needs (microphone, presentation, projector, video recording …). The type of music expected to play (70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s, New party favorites, hip hop, Latin, EDM, traditional party favorites, Techno, Rave). Preferred Song list (some songs may not be available – especially if requested on the day of the event). Expected DJ wardrobe (Business Casual, Suit & Tie, White Party, Suit no-tie, funky, EDM).
