Service Description

Let us take care of the whole event. We take care of booking everything including dance area flooring on top of the sand, catering, cocktails, deserts, tables, seating, and the permit. A BEACH DJ session for the night including Audio, Video, and lights. DJ plays the crowd favorites and will take song requests. Hire a professional DJ for your event to ensure unforgettable music experiences. Our DJs are experienced in reading the crowd and creating the perfect atmosphere for any gathering. Up to 50 attendees. A typical example venue would include: - DJ equipment load-in / setup - Cocktail hour (meet & greet) --- (Background music) - Welcome speeches / announcements --- (microphone use) - Dinner hour --- catered (Background music) - Dancing --- (Dance Party Music) - Awards / Prizes / Games - Cake break --- (Cake by the Ocean song) - Dancing --- (Dance Party Music) - Song Dedication --- (TBD) - Dancing --- (Dance Party Music) - Last Dance --- (TBD) - Equipment packing --- (DJ departure) When you book, you must provide the contact’s name and cell number of the responsible and responsive contact person. Provide a contact’s name and cell number for a Back-up contact person if the designated go-to person is not available. Food Allergies Please also provide: Type of Occasion. Number of estimated guests. Venue/facilities name, address, and contact person. Expected performance date. Expected time frame of the event. Lighting expectation … typical music lights or mood lighting (i.e. Christmas lights, green lights for St. Patrick’s day, Valentine’s day, …). Any special needs (microphone, presentation, projector, video recording …). The type of music expected to play (70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s, hip hop, Latin, EDM, traditional party favorites, Techno, Rave). Preferred Song list (some songs may not be available – especially if requested on the day of the event). Expected DJ wardrobe (Business Casual, Suit & Tie, White Party, Suit no-tie, funky, EDM). Catering vendor preference. A meeting with the DJ/Planner is mandatory. Please provide two dates and times for this coordination meeting.
