Service Description

We will take care of your party planning and booking. With your agreement, we will choose the right facilities and catering. We will have our professional DJ for your event to ensure unforgettable music experiences. Our DJs are experienced in reading the crowd and creating the perfect atmosphere for any gathering. Up to 47 attendees. A typical example venue can include: - DJ equipment load-in / setup - Cocktail hour (meet & greet) --- (Background music) - Welcome speeches / announcements --- (microphone use) - Dinner hour --- (Background music) - Dancing --- (Dance Party Music) - Cake break --- (Cake by the Ocean song) - Awards or Prizes - Dancing --- (Dance Party Music) - Song Dedication --- (TBD) - Dancing --- (Dance Party Music) - Last Dance --- (TBD) - Equipment packing --- (DJ departure) When you book, you must provide the contact’s name and cell number of the responsible and responsive contact person. Provide a contact’s name and cell number for a Back-up contact person if the designated go-to person is not available. Smoke machines and fog machines are NOT allowed at the venue (in closed spaces / rooms) as these typically set-off the fire alarm and activate Fire Department attendance that results in penalty fees. Awards / Prizes are by Others. Please expect to provide: Type of Occasion. Number of estimated guests. Preferred Venue/facilities name, address, and contact person. Food allergies. Expected performance date. Expected time frame of the event. Lighting expectation … typical music lights or mood lighting (i.e. Christmas lights, green lights for St. Patrick’s day, Valentine’s day, …). Any special needs (microphone, presentation, projector, video recording …). The type of music expected to play (70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s, New party favorites, hip hop, Latin, EDM, traditional party favorites, Techno, Rave). Preferred Song list (some songs may not be available – especially if requested on the day of the event). Expected DJ wardrobe (Business Casual, Suit & Tie, White Party, Suit no-tie, funky, EDM). Catering vendor preference. Type of food preference. Accessibility needs. A meeting with the DJ is mandatory. Please provide two dates and times for this coordination meeting. Mandatory DJ/Customer visit with the venue/facilities required at least 2 days prior to the event. DJ/Venue/Catering Set-up time: 3 to 5 hours (depending on venue chosen). DJ/Venue/Catering break-down/removal time: 2 to 4 hours.
