Refund Policy

A written agreement between the Purchaser and DJ NYX LLC cannot be canceled or modified except by mutual written consent of both the Purchaser and DJ NYX.  If agreement cancellation is initiated by the Purchaser in writing and agreed to by DJ NYX, thirty days or more before engagement, Purchaser will be required to pay a $100 cancellation fee.  For cancellation less than thirty days of engagement, Purchaser shall be obligated to surrender full deposit as agreed upon or sign a new agreement for a substitute engagement performed in the following six months, subject to DJ NYX availability.  Rescheduling for events cancelled due to inclement weather or a Pandemic shall be accommodated without penalty.
